Refund policy
At Coq'Tail, your satisfaction is our priority. If a product does not meet your expectations, here is our return policy:
📦 Damaged or defective products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@coqtail.ca, including a photo of the product and packaging. We will offer you a replacement or a refund.
🔁 Change of mind
For food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed products. If the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you can request a return within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation by email. If the refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within a few days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and address it.
